The build items overview on simscommunity,info looks really exciting. I see what looks like generic market stalls. Maybe these will actually be stalls that played households can tend and operate. There also seems to be a new food counter. It kind of looks like an espresso bar, but maybe it offers a new food item. Also, I'm excited about the pottery skill allowing sims to learn Japanese kintsugi. I'm still waiting on a refresh of seasons that adds ikebana to the flower arranging skill.
And like I suspected, the item style is scandinavian. I'm also glad to finally see more curtain styles.
