I'm pretty sure that bigger businesses like restaurants and bakeries can not be run as GTW businesses at ground floor while the owner lives on 2nd floor. But the more I think of it, running a home based restaurant should be possible - just a bit different. Using the ticket station rather than the Host station, and the family owning the lot cooking insead of a chef, but I think the chef station can be used, as can the waiter's disk cleaning station etc. Some guess might not eat by free will, but maybe they can be directed by "call to meal" (cancelling the action or hopusehold members, of course). It might be a light version of the restaurant, but still fun to play, I think :)
I'm thinking Buffet Style Restaurants. Charge people either a set entry price, or for time spent as they'll likely eat more the longer they are there, then all food is just laid out for them to help themselves.
