Typically, I've been opening the business two days out of the week since you have to make items to replenish any items sold which is much more realistic.

I too like that you have to actually make or craft what you're selling. As you said, much more realistic than just clicking to restock.
Are you making cakes too? Do the customers take their purchases with them sometimes or always eat there and then? Do you have other things for them to do there?
