There once was a city plan for this green plot to house a new business. Nobody knows exactly what it was going to be—the project fell through, leaving not much more than an empty shell of a building. Yet the locals still hope that an ambitious entrepreneur might one day turn it into something.

One of the many things I enjoy about a new expansion pack that comes with a world is remodeling, building and placing families that go with my playstyle. Here are the families who live in Nordhaven. Typically, I'll make a twin of any existing pre-made that I want to keep (then delete the original) so that they fit my playstyle.
Liam and Joselyn is the family I'm playing with at present. I want them to have a big fancy wedding; so, I changed their relationship status to dating. Liam is a musician and Joselyn runs her small business Joselyn's Sweets & Treats from their home.
Liam's parents, his brother (Jaron) along with Jaron's family moved from Windenburg to Nordhaven. I built them a house in Gammelvik.
Created the McHenry family and built them a home.
I also created the Allocco family and built them a new house.
I built a new structure for Koffieboon where Scott and Nora run their small home business.
I kept this household because I actually like their look; plus, Cannonball performs at The Rougue Note. They are all looking for a special lady to share their lives. I did remodel the Rogue Note as well.
Jolanda and her husband Gert run Terra Potta. Sadly, they have a strained marriage.
The Sarpong family consists of Jase, his wife (Nia) and their daughter (Alyssa). The couple run the family business, Jase's Cafe.
One last thing to do is to figure out what type of small home family business I'll put on the Lighthouse Lookout lot that is 50 x 40. Because the lot is so big, I will have a family of 8 living here running their business.
