Is it broken or is it just my game? Not that I mind though cause it’s kind of annoying but still is it broken for anyone else?

One pack that I've decided to NEVER get.
As fare as I've seen since it's release, it's been "broken".
Also unlike laundry where it only appears if you have an item associated with the pack like a washing machine or something on the lot, you're Sims are forced to always deal with 'dirt and dust' accumulation on every lot.
EDIT: Oh yeah, you said you don't mind that it's broken because it's annoying, haha! Missed that on my first read. :D
