- Hello
If you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if the issues are still there. If it has helped with the issues, put your mods/ CC back into the newly generated mods folder that is in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing after each one to see which is the causes of the problem. - Also, just want to make sure you bought Vintage Glamour Stuff. The butler was not patched in like the maid but instead is in the pack only.

Thank you so much, this was indeed the issue. The very first mod i removed was a home delivery mod, and that was the mod that was preventing the butler mod from showing up. all is well now and i have my butler up and running.- You're welcome :) I am glad that the issue has been fixed.

Open the cheat window (Ctrl, Alt, Shift), type in testingcheats on on then hit the enter key. Now type in cas.fulleditmode and hit the enter key again.
Close the cheat window (Ctrl, Alt, Shift). While holding the Shift key click on your butler and you will see a option to modify in Cas (you will have full edit mode capabilities.
Hope this helps.- janyses9 years agoSeasoned AceAdding to the above ^, I think the cheat is: Ctrl + Shift + C.
