Buying a pack with planning to use the main feature

  This is my first new discussion on the new forum. Apologies if it doesn't look quite right.  Has anyone ever bought a dlc without using the main feature? It kinda feels like a waste of money ...

I never played the game play in wedding stories, fame, or growing together. I use the world, build items, and cas.

I wish for rent wasn't so buggy because I would play that if it wasn't.
