Buying packs and intentionally not using the main feature

Is it worth to buy a pack for just the CAS/build buy or some side features and completely ignore the main feature. The reason why I am wondering about this is eco lifestyle. I was debating whether...

I buy the pack to use the main features, but I usually forgot about it in a matter of days, the last pack that I enjoy its main features is Eco Lifestyle for Green Eco, I like seeing Aurora Borealis and make me miss Lulea, Sweden when I spent my 2019 winter over there
