No feedback for any game is received well on the forums. There are always two viewpoints present. One: people, who mostly agree with what developers did and two: people who disagree. Sims 4 took a different approach to the game. The player is ultimately almost 100% in control of any given situation. To some it is frustrating, to others it is exactly what they want and need. By the end of the day, the developers cannot please both categories, so they cater to the larger crowd. Can you blame them? It was fairly obvious the traps would be, what they are. And as a side note: a game forum is there to leave feedback, of any kind real. Positive, negative. So I am all for people posting about what they want from the game and who knows maybe developers will take note next time and implement some features you ask for.
