By definition, Jungle Adventure doesn't have real traps.

Think the whole problem here, was from people seeing it and falsely labeling this as World Adventure 2.0 only smaller. Or more precisely, a copy paste with the same features you saw. I think if one wants a vacation spot, then the game pack delivers exactly that, as advertised. So basically, what we see here, false expectations meeting the actual content.
