Move or delete your screenshots. They can be large if you're running at a high resolution, or take lots of them.

On a more techy note, there's a program called SpaceMonger which can analyse your drives and draws a kind of picture that reflects how much space is being used up. If you have some old large files you'd forgotten about, this might jog your memory. Then you can decide if you want to delete them or move them somewhere else.
