Calories: Does anyone have a complete list of foods?

My old spreadsheet lists the fruitcake as 0 calories too, but that will make a sim fatter more quickly than just about anything else. So, I think it's important to note that just because something is listed as 0 calories, doesn't mean it's free!

You are welcome! I admit that I have no idea how the calorie system works, and why there are so many 0 calorie foods. Maybe someone with some knowledge of coding could explain it. :smile:

Thank you so much for this!!! One of my sims got really fat, really fast and I was wondering what she was eating to do it. I'm also glad I read this because I thought garden salad was 0 calories, but I guess not!

tyvm for the list ive been wondering about the calories of the city living food stall foods (which is one of my fav additions to game) they just sadly dont have the calories i need for my skinny yoga sims. seems Monte Cristo sandwiches is still my only choice. Lobster Thermidor when i ate seemed a lil too much but still testing. (really depends on how active my sim is) the other foods below 500 calories just dont do enough no matter what sim i use but i doooo have my sims doing yoga...like a lot of yoga. hard to ignore the 8 hour buff esp for work days.

yea i live in Zen View apartments on a sim and Penny Pizzazz is a neighbor there and she is normally quite thin....shes fat as fat can be fat just because she wont stop ordering food from the food stall outside my apartment. i find it kind of funny but yea i had to have her join my club i created and do nothing but yoga so she can trim up haha

All my guys exercise daily that way they can eat whatever, whenever. They always stay in great shape and I like they have a lot of variety of foods. That is, my regular played Sims. Some of those townies though! They get fat quickly!

yea i love how much food choice is in the game. i in real life am a vegetarian and the fact they added that into the game and all the veggie safe choices when you mouse over them. LOVE IT

Thanks! I needed this list, this one household where 2 sims were naturally chunky but the entire household was getting fat. Now its more salads, grilled meat and getting rid of the Monte Vista Globe bar. My sims pay no mind to the real bar and are getting drinks from the globe ALL DAY LONG! They love that thing lol.
