Calories in foods
Does anyone remember the thread where someone listed the calories in each meal? I would like to have that again, because I want to try something out. lol Seeing how long it will take a sim to gain wei...

I do what I used to do in Sims2. I simply don't let them eat until their hunger bar is completely full. This has kept one of my Sims rather slim throughout his life. He's an Elder, now.
Same. I wait until the bar is a deep red before letting them eat. I tend to say more towards the healthier stuff - no cake, lots of fish and chicken - but not really strict, either. If I see a belly bump I just send them to the treadmill a few days in a row. I wish it was that easy IRL!
