Camera, stopping it going up and down? [Solved]

Is there any way to stop the camera changing heights as I scroll over my lot? It's driving me absolutely insane now lol. I'm guessing it's because I go over a tree or whatever but I just want it to st...

I had not tested basements when I posted before, and unfortunately I'm still finding that they're bouncy. It's nice to have the upper floors fixed though. :)
