Camera, stopping it going up and down? [Solved]

Is there any way to stop the camera changing heights as I scroll over my lot? It's driving me absolutely insane now lol. I'm guessing it's because I go over a tree or whatever but I just want it to st...

The patch actually resets this so maybe you just need to apply it again?
