Can’t climb stairs???
So I put some stairs on the outside of my house with the new stair tool. Added some rooftop activities but my sim can’t go up the stairs???

Check walls. Sounds dumb, but if there's something on the wall in the line of the stairs ( a simple painting or light fixture that should not interfere) they won't be able to walk up. Some windows will cause issues too.
