So if a human sim is abducted and "pollinated," they have a hybrid child. If that child then marries a human and they have a baby, is there a chance that the baby will be fully human?
Basically, like generations in to marrying humans, will the alien gene ever get weak enough to be bred out of a bloodline?
That was very detailed and can certainly be applied to the other occults.
On A Dark Leyline will override genetics. Human/Alien can have a vampire baby. So throwing that in there. Unfortunately there isn't a "On A Cosmic Leyline" for Aliens. So avoid lots with that lot trait(there doesn't appear to be any outside of that Vampire world) if you want to eliminate anything else messing with the gene.
@permanentrose This is all amazing and will be important in my game play. As for spamming, I wouldn't consider this spamming in any way. This is all in response to the original question... well, flipped. The original question was "Can Alien Hybrids Give Birth to Human Babies?" The answer, through your extensive study is "Yes and also...."
So yeah, it's all relevant and amazing research!
P.S. I can see you working hard over this experiment in a top secret government lab somewhere. Probably way below ground while the grade school above that serves as the only entrance in and out of the lab has no idea of what's going on below their feet.

I need to know for a challenge I'm working on...
I think eventually, you can breed out the alien. I was playing Pinstar's Legacy Challenge a few years back and one of my Heirs got abducted just moments before his wedding was about to happen. Guests were all there, including his bride and the hired help. I panicked and clicked on the wedding arch. Adductions take time, as you know. He was brought back almost instantly and then I had that moment of incredulity of what I had possibly cheated myself out of by my actions. No worries. His wife got preggars on their wedding night, as planned, and I thought he was merely gaining weight out of empathy. Then I saw something weird. His belly began to glow. She gave birth to a daughter, despite my taking the actions to secure a son. A day or so later (certainly not on the schedule of humans) he also gave birth to a daughter, but then a son! I had my heir, thankfully. So, they raised "triplets", two of which were a nice shade of lavender. I had that heir take the Science Career track, with the motive to learn, hopefully, more about these aliens. Most of his children were lavender, but if memory serves, eventually there was a human heir again. Wish I could recall how long it took.
This is such an amazing story! Thanks for sharing!!! So you didn't "cheat yourself" out of anything. In fact, you created a new and fascinating twist to your story. Awesome *3! Congratulations!
This all made me excited to add a complex story to my main save (obviously sped up the aging and pregnancies with cheats to get my story to this point so rapidly)
So I used that alien with normal skin I found in the gallery, edited his ears so they looked normal, named him Reed Edison and gave him a wife, Anya Edison. Going to pretend that she ignored his weird voice and never saw his disguise, so she never knew he was an alien. They had a daughter, Amelia Edison, who doesn't know she is a hybrid. I had both her parents pass away so they are no longer part of the game, she cannot discover her dad was an alien now lol. She is now an adult.
Next I found a random townie dude I edited, Everett Bean. Got him pregnant by abduction, he decided to raise the kid though - Quentin Bean. Quentin was actually born with a human skin tone so aside from his eyes, he blends in quite well with people. I was very pleased with his skin not being blue, purple or green, since it makes the next part of my story make more sense.
Anyway, Quentin had a one night stand with Mollie Opalhaven, a human, who did not know he was an alien. She gave birth to a baby boy, Corey Opalhaven, who also does not know he is an alien hybrid.
Now Amelia Edison and Corey Opalhaven are together, got them engaged, and (yes, I cheated a bunch to get the results I wanted) they just had an alien baby and they're like ummm what???
I feel like this would be very satisfying in real game play though to just have an alien baby appear after a few generations of hybrids who didn't even really know they were hybrids, and then you just suddenly get an alien baby.
That's really cool! The story seemed a bit rushed, but that's probably because I knew you were rushing it. lol But yeah, having that surprise when you give birth to an alien is always fun.
It's also interesting that Everett Bean gave birth to an alien with human skin tone. I've never seen that but now you have two in one family.

I know, alien skin is weird. A very unpredictable thing.
Most of my stories are that rushed HAHA. I like to create some back story when I play instead of all my families just starting off with no connections or history, so I use MCCC to speed up some backstory play so that the sims I currently play have a bit of depth and history
I’m playing a family that involves aliens. My mermaid sim Jade married a full alien, Xenophon, and they had six mermaid-alien hybrids. All of them inherited their father’s purple skin in their alien form, and three of them inherited it in their disguise (since I made his disguise the same colour as his alien form). The other three inherited their mother’s blue skin. One of them inherited their mother’s pink hair in their alien form, while the other five inherited their father’s alien black hair. In their disguised form, three had red hair (father) and three had pink (mother). Only one inherited their father’s red eyes. I had to remove the mermaid part of their traits because I was having issues with the save, even with a mod to stabilise the hybrid-ness. Not sure if that made them full aliens or not but at least one has powers because she erased her mother’s memory!
Now they’re on to having children of their own. The two toddlers so far have been born human but with their alien parent’s alien skin colour (not the skin colour of their disguise) and one with his mother’s alien hair colour (pink). There are two more who are babies so I can’t assess them yet and two who haven’t been born. There are still two more siblings who are yet to have children, so I’ll be able to see what percentage of them have alien children.
In contrast, the previous generation who were merfolk, all seem to have had merfolk children as well even though they married humans (except for Jade, but that is explained above). So the next generation of cousins will be interesting as half-merfolk will be having babies with humans.
Family Tree: Elianne (mermaid) m. Paka’a (merman
Gen 1: Luke (merman) + Travis (human) Sienna (mermaid) + Akeem (human); + Gavin (human) Sapphire (mermaid) m. William (human) Jade (mermaid) m. Xenophon (alien)
Gen 2: Seth (?). Alina (mermaid), Landen (merman), Angelo (merman) Cyrus (merman), Kylie (mermaid) Obi-Wan (hybrid), Leia (hybrid), Poe (hybrid), Rey (hybrid), Padme (hybrid), Ahsoka (hybrid)
Gen 3: Obi-Wan’s children : Kenobi (human), Siri (?) Leia’s children: Ben (human), ? Poe’s children: Krystle (?) Rey’s children: Holly (?) (father is Clement Frost, child isn’t born yet)
Ok, so I made a mermaid alien hybrid, and they are SO COOL. They have full alien powers, including a disguise, and they all have full mermaid powers, though it appears they don't get a tail when they swim though
