Can ghost male sims get normal sims pregnant?
I was just wondering if ghost male sims could get female sims pregnant.

I’m fairly sure that isn’t possible in the game, without the use of cheats or mods. I could be wrong, so someone correct me if I am, but that I know of, ghosts can’t become pregnant or get anyone else pregnant either.
