Can ghost male sims get normal sims pregnant?

I miss sims being afraid of or startled by ghosts and I miss how some ghosts were helpful when they appeared and some were mean. The way they lived/died determined how they were in death. I really greatly dislike the ghosts this go 'round and tend to release them right away.
