Can ghost male sims get normal sims pregnant?

I tend to find ghosts in Sims 4 to be annoying more than anything else. They just break stuff and go around doing stupid things. I tend to release them soon after death. I wish they had more personality and were more like they were while alive. Also, please stop breaking things! :s
