Can I adopt a ghost dog/cat?

In the world that came with Cats & Dogs, there's a pet cemetery where ghost dogs/cats hang out at at night. Is it possible to adopt one?

If so, is it possible to bring them back from death?

Side question: Are any of the dogs/cats found static or are all of them random?

There are ambrosia treats for pets. You could cheat them into your household and feed them the treat. Or maybe try to befriend and adopt them. There are videos on Youtube that tell you how to do it.

if I remember correctly, right click on the animal you will see add to family. there is also a treat you can find in bb.showhiddenobjects
