Can I get a refund for kits that don't show up in my game?

I don't know where the problem began. Maybe it was when they changed from Origin to the EA app but the last four kits I've purchased have NEVER showed up in my game. I admit I probably should have n...

No need for any refunds. I figured out by removing the old CAS Demo from my computer then re-downloading the kits they show up fine. Wish someone had paid more attention when coding the EA app so it didn't install these kits into the wrong folder though.
