Can I re-edit a sim?
I did the cheat to modify in CAS but I can't change anything except clothes. If I can't re-edit is there a way to make his body smaller like he has massive muscles.

Know it's late but you can also go to any dresser or mirror and instead of choosing "Plan Outfit" you pick "Change Sim" and you will be able to alter your sims body and face morph wise at least. You can't change weight or fitness or their facial features only their morphs.
Unsure if you can change facial details or add tattoos.
