Can I re-edit a sim?
I did the cheat to modify in CAS but I can't change anything except clothes. If I can't re-edit is there a way to make his body smaller like he has massive muscles.

That "Change Sim" option didn't exist back in 2014 but it is nice to know for other people who check these threads on their searches
