Can not download and install Origin and my Sims 4 deluxe

I can not download and install Origin and my Sims 4 deluxe. If I try to repurchase, it won't allow because it is already in my library. All of my purchases are showing in my account but danged if I can get them to download from my game library.

    If you have a new computer did you sign off and quit Sims 4 on the old one? You have to. Happened to me once. Only one user allowed.
    As said above you might need to download a new Origin version.

    If you're trying to download origin but it's already showing your game library and you're on a new computer (or you had to re-install windows). Click play on a game in your library then origin will realize it's not installed and install itself.
