Can NPC werewolves learn abilities?

Just wondering if you need to be playing a werewolf sim in order for them to gain abilities.

Is there any way to teach a sim abilities?
If you're the alpha of a pack, can you teach your packmates how to do useful things?

    Answered my own question: yes, NPC wolves can learn abilities, if the conditions for gaining the ability happen to them while they're on a lot you are playing.

    edit: the abilities like Werewolf Menace and Transformation Mastery, not the abilities that are purchased using points.
