Can Sims Gravestone Be Deleted ?
A sim died in my restaurant. I couldn't delete it and now this random npc gravestone is in my sim's inventory. Why can't I just delete the thing?

My advice is to place the grave on the ground and have your sim use the "Release Spirit to the Netherworld" interaction. Once that's done, click on the grave and you should see an option that says "Remove." I hope that helps.
