Can Sims make actual videos?
Similar to taking photos that can be displayed, is there a way to make in-game videos that can be played on in-game computers and/or TV's?

- No. I haven't ever seen anything my sims recorded themselves.
- No. In Sims 3 that ability came with one of the later packs. Sims could buy a video camera and take short videos to play on their tvs. In Sims 4, we don't have it (yet?)

It was lots of fun in S3. I used to have my legacy elders watch the videos they'd made in their younger years.
Off topic: I was today years old when I realized @Admiral8Q 's handle is Admiral 8Q and not Admiral BBQ. Guess the new glasses were a good idea!- I keep hoping we'll get that feature I use it with the sims 3 cause it's better than the pictures I like my families to have records for who knows why.
