Can Somebody Help Me Out Here, Please?

I haven't been able to access my game most recently through the EA app. However today, it is allowing me, but it also claims I need to update. I just took a look at the forums here, under Announcements, but I'm not seeing anything about an update for today? I already removed my Mods folder and then clicked on update, but it's acting like I'm downloading the game for the first time. Face/palm. No wonder the message is gone from Origin about the switch-over to the app.

Is there an update today, or not?
