Can someone tell me why?

My sims have been together for what should be years. The kids are grown and gone, with kids of their own. So, as the title says, can someone tell me why the notification wall says they became boyfriend and girlfriend 12 days ago and their 1st. baby 5 days ago?

The notifications are real time, so they conform to our time, not theirs.
I'm not sure if/how these time stamps update when you reopen a save. I never really pay attention to those time stamps, besides I usually get so many notifications that it doesn't go back more than a few days.

I think it's a random glitch ... maybe mod related (?) Because I just had a couple get married in my play last night and got a "having their first kiss" notification at the end of the ceremony, when I know I've had them kiss before.
  • Gosh, I haven't seen that yet. But what I find strange is when a married Sim rolls a whim to ask somebody to go steady. What could be on that Sim's mind, hm? :open_mouth:
  • I get notified that I played for 4 hours all the time. I have at least 20 hours in this save. The notifications are messed up. Also my Sim is pregnant in the 3rd trimester without a baby bump. It disappeared when she went from 2nd to 3rd trimester. I have to go play today to see if she has the baby. For me the save always wigs out at about 25-30 hours and I start over. I ordered/built a new computer but it is on hold until June because of the pandemic. Maybe having a better computer will keep corruption at bay.
  • Thank you all for your replies. I guess it's just another one of "those things" I'll have to ignore.
