Very. I recently did the Strangerville mystery, and my sim would regularly walk through the various fences around the secret lab as long as there was a 'go here' click available. This was true even for areas where there is nothing for the sim to do. Doors are regularly walked through and scenes such as those above are commonplace, whether with objects, walls/fences, or other sims. Maybe TS4 sims have ghost blood in them.
