I'd be playing right now if I could. I had to stop working because of a growing migraine. I'd like to be able to do something. I used to be able to play Sims with how I feel right now -- it was pretty much the only thing I could do, other than surf parts of the internet that don't have GIFs -- but I can't do that with Sims 4. (I know, I could close my eyes during loading screens, but the migraine itself actually makes it hard to remember to do that.)
:( i rely on heavily dimmed kindle books or audio books from my library. Sometimes I turn my monitor off and listen to something familiar on Netflix (quietly, of course.)
No unfortunately in not in that kind of condition. The migranes i got i was in tears and when i get those kinds of headaches, no lights, no sound, no noise, not even medicine helps them i have to calm down and make sure my blood pressure doesn't rise and then just sit there and wait it out. So im rendered useless when they happen. A head ache standard im okay but when it's a full blown migrane nope not okay. The worst for me is the headaches lasted a day after playing.
I just don't see why having the colored ui and some background to the load screens would be tough to do. I actually think it's a great idea.
Ah, my daily meds usually keep it to "stuck in the dark with my eyes closed," I don't usually end up being sensitive to sound anymore. Light and movement, yes. I know some really good remedies though if anybody wants to try something for it, just PM me. I had the debilitating ones for so long I tried everything but botox.
