Though I do occasionally get headaches, they never seem to come from playing the game. I can even play while having a headache, and my headache does not intensify. Although I guess that could be because at that point I would have already taken medicine for it. I'm not sure, though. I probably can't speak for everyone, but this is my personal experience.
