Can Weird People in Strangerville Travel to Other Worlds?

I just want to ask if the weird people in Strangerville can travel to other world in The Sims 4 like Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Brindleton Bay, Windenburg, San Myshuno, Del Sol Valley, Forgotten Hollow etc. ?

Yeah, I can't go to that bar in Strangerville without one or two celebs showing up. Maybe I should offer them some fruit next time. >:)

I been invited to placed outside strangerville by strangerville sims but in my save file it appears that they are not affected by the infection when out of strangerville
