Can women get pregnant by alien abductions now?

I really hope this isn't a frequent occurrence. I will be pretty upset either of the Sims representing my partner or myself get impregnated without any active decisions on our parts. Abductions were amusing when they were a very infrequent occurrence, but forced pregnancy with no option of termination isn't something I find amusing even in a video game.
