Can you be a seller on the Cottage Living market?

Hey!
I'm wondering about buying cottage living. One thing that would convince me is if I would be able to own a stall in the market I heard about in Henford on Bagley. Because I always have my sims craft stuff and physically sell them as their only source of income. (selling through your sims' inventory doesn't give enough challenge imo)

So my questions is wether you can sell at the market. I've read that you can sell produce at the produce stand, I imagine that works the same way as the sims 3 consignment stores.

But would you also be able to sell other collectibles like gems, or homemade furniture from Eco Living, or candles?

Thanks!

  • there's nothing like it in the pack but you can use the selling table from EL/CL/JA and place it in the world and sell things (tho not furniture)
  • Okay, thanks for replying!

I just don't really like how those tables work, so I've been hoping for a better solution. The consignment stores in the sims 3 for example were perfect. The selling tables just spawn 3 sims every couple of minutes who will buy something and then they leave again. If you're on a completely abandoned place you would sell just as much as when you're in a super crowded place, because the sims who are on the lot don't actually shop at you're table, only the specifically spawned ones. So there is no challenge or way to improve on your sales. At least that is how I observed they worked. It might not seem like a big deal, but I just don't enjoy it haha.
  • If you like Get Together/Cats & Dogs, then you're really going to like Cottage Living. ;)
