Can you buy a University Kiosk?

I'm building a different campus for Foxbury Institute in Oasis Springs, and I'm just finishing a new dorm. I really want to be able to place a University Kiosk on the lot, because the only other way of accessing a kiosk and uni supplies seems to be to make my sim fly all the way to Britechester (which seems a bit odd when they're living in the desert). Is there any way to place a kiosk onto my university housing lot?
I've tried bb.enablefree build, bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects
Every item in the universe seems to appear, apart from the university kiosk!!

Is it possible to place one? Am I being dim and missing something, or is it an annoying impossibility?!

    New dorm objects can be bought from university kiosks which are located in the common space on both campuses – a bit like Casters Alley in Realm of Magic. Kiosk items can be found in Build/Buy as well. University Housing lots will come with a configuration panel.

    Thanks for the reply :) I'm actually wondering if we can buy and place the kiosk itself onto a lot?
    I don't like my sims living on or visiting the actual campus (the camera whizzing all over the place, and the age it takes to get to class makes it unplayable for me), so I build a different campus in a different world. It seems that the only way to buy things from the kiosk is to visit the campus in Britechester to find the kiosk, but I was hoping we could place the kiosk in other worlds, but it doesn't seem to appear anywhere.

    I have found it in debug before. Have you tried this?
    1. Enter bb.showhiddenobjects cheat.
    2. Filtering so that only Discover University debug objects are shown.
    3. Click on the magnifying glass next to the search bar. You may write debug in there or leave it totally empty.
    Usually I could find it if I did that.

    Yep, thats the one, thank you! :) I couldn't find it just through scrolling through the items and filtering, but searching debug in the search box made it appear! Thank you sooo much -awesome :)
