Can you get better builders that are lesser known to be doing builds in packs?

I miss when Maxis would build the lots. They wouldn't use that awful MOO cheat and make things unusable (looking at lilsimsie's lot in Mt. Komoremi which I had to completely demo and download a new lot because I couldn't edit it).
