Can you get better builders that are lesser known to be doing builds in packs?

I'd love to see some smaller creators get their builds in the game. But sadly I can't see it happening it's because, from a marketing aspect, there's just more reach with the game-changers hyping up a pack.

It would also be cool if they gave smaller builders early access to build lots/create sims for the gallery. it would extend their marketing reach, give smaller creators a well-earned nod and give those that don't build plenty of choices when a pack lands.
