I don't think so. It's not like they're outright saying X build is made by X unless they mention it during a live stream. Even if they didn't have a build in game, people still watch for their LP's, overviews, etc you know?
My point is seems like other simmers just don't get that equal opportunity for being in the same program. Starts feeling more like bias much as I don't wanna think that. Hope they notice the growing concerns about this and give more recognition and highlight to other simmers (builds or even pre-made sims to be made)
