Can you get better builders that are lesser known to be doing builds in packs?

I also think that theres little bit of a problem with how the gamechangers are building these builds before they have any knowledge of items coming in the pack or how the world is gonna look

I don't think even I could make exciting house under the circumstance of not knowing what gameplay items I could have in the house
