Can you get better builders that are lesser known to be doing builds in packs?

I enjoy these gamechangers but also I've seen them play and they're almost always in speed 3 which does not grand faith in their ergonomics vision. Except James Turner, I've watched his Werewolf builds videos and it was really good.

I think the dumb sims AI should always be the common thread for builds, but it doesn't happen a lot. Like putting something because it "looks good" but it ends up being a nuisance in gameplay.
