Can you get better builders that are lesser known to be doing builds in packs?

I personally enjoy the game changes builds in the worlds, I was getting so tired of re-building EA's houses. The game changes builds they are 100% better than EA's builds and all the worlds look more inviting with game changes builds. This is my thoughts on this matter. :)
