Can you pause seasons?

You can also just cheat the season repeatedly back to Summer

This sets the season to whichever season you specify.

*Replace <#> with the number corresponding below.
0: Summer
1: Fall
2: Winter
3: Spring

You can use the weather machine in the game to change what the weather is like so you can have Summer like conditions even when it's not Summertime.

You could also switch the season length time up to 28 days.

Going into game options, then seasons, allows you to change season length. Be aware though some holidays can disappear from your calendar by doing so.
