Can you unlock the Skeleton skin in CAS the same way you unlock the Patchy outfit?

By befriending Patchy you can unlock his outfit in CAS - can you earn the skeleton skin from Jungle Adventure in CAS too? I know you can cheat for it but I don't cheat and I'm also on console :)
