Can you use the jet ski’s and boat from Sulani in the Tartosa and HOB swimming area’s?

I was just wondering if you can use the boat and jet ski’s in Tartosa and Henford on Bagley swimming area’s.

I think yes, I just used the Jet Ski in Mt. Komorebi.
