Cancelling Pregnancy Without Mods

I accidentally hit "Try For Baby" and I did not want my sim to have a baby. Is there a way to get rid of the pregnancy without installing a mod?

There should at least be a pregnancy termination option when there is an alien abduction - rape in a way really.
