Cannot delete grilled food

I have this too. Haven't read what everyone said but it's an issue with OR. Problem is, once you go back from vacation, every object on your rented lot (+ all things you have used to fish) are returned to your family inventory.
To avoid: Make sure you have no unfinished food on your grills in Granite Falls (I'm unsure if it's only your rental lot or anywhere)
