Having the same issue. Tried cleaning caches, repairing game, removing and replacing files. New game works ok but when I put back my old, dynasty, file, same issue was back. I really think this is a bug. I'll try leaving the lot and returning and start a new gathering. See if that helps. Has this been posted to Answer HQ?
