Can't add events to calendar?
I tried adding a dinner party event on the calendar but I can't, I tried both goaled and ungoaled options and it wont work.. the only event that works is dance party. Is this a bug? I'm really hopin...

I just bought the game last night so it has the latest update.
Try repairing the game then by right-clicking on it in Origin.
